I worked on a project with Jason to convert an entire mobile home park that I managed, from all tenants to all homeowners. Jason was great to work with. He came up with a stream lined plan and provided all the purchase documents needed. He also spoke with each tenant and worked out a custom finance plan for those who chose to purchase the homes they were renting and he advertised the homes for sale that renters did not choose to purchase and brought in buyers for those homes as well. The renters really liked working with Jason.
